Silver Fidget Ring Workshop

What is it?!

Make your own silver ring! Hosted by Roz and tutored by Amie. This 2-3 hour workshop is limited to 8 participants in the new Artisan on The Square studio, to ensure everyone receives plenty of instruction. Create a fabulous fidget ring, consisting of a wide band and two slim rings, brought together to make a moving piece. This course is perfect for beginners and for those wanting to learn more about soldering sterling silver. You will learn how to size for your own rings, then how to saw your silver, refine, file, polish, and solder. You can also hammer your rings, giving them a beautiful and unique texture. Every step allows for a little personalisation, and you will love getting to take a piece of jewellery home, in the day, that you have made yourself. The price of this course includes the sterling silver required for your rings, tuition, and use of all our tools. This experience makes a wonderful gift, or why not treat yourself? Freshly ground coffee and cake will be provided or you can choose tea, cordial or bring your own refreshments. £80 per person. Book on the website and pay a deposit of £25 with the balance payable on the day.
